Reality Changing

I have been doing a lot of energy work over the last few years, mainly EFT and Reiki, but when I purchased this book a few things really clicked into place. I had begun Frederick's previous book "parallel universes of self" just a few weeks before and everything he talked about sat really well with me.
Although "Parallel universes of self" can at times seem a little intensive, his new book is quite the opposite. Its so direct, simple, to the point and in return so effective. I have already tried some of his techniques and have had great fun in watching the changes manifest almost effortlessly in the days that follow.
Set the intention and clear all counter intentions are the core concepts behind his book. Simple but at the same time genius. He gives you steps on how to release counter intentions, however I supplemented this with my own Reiki and EFT techniques that have worked for me. But regardless of what techniques you use, clear the counter intentions, they are the only things that get in your way. Some of the main things you'll take from the book (amongst many others) are...
1.) stop focusing on what you dont like, and start honing in on what you do.
2.)Start taking responsibility for everything that happens in your reality, as whatever negative things show up after an intention is set, is purely just YOU creating it to show yourself that part of yourself that hasnt fully aligned with the new reality (hense the term counter intentions).
3.) There are 5 fundamental causes that all counter intentions can be traced back to.
I never ever write book reviews, or actually finish books for that matter.... so after reading this I really thought it deserved one. If your really in the market for a book which will help you create a reality you want, then this is for you. But be prepared to clear some subconscious things along the way. Great work Frederick, keep it up.

Excellent Book

I have a lot of very positive things to say about this book but I am going to write a short review because I do not have time for a longer one.
The reason for the doing it now instead of waiting later when I have more time is because this book currently has no reviews and I want to encourage people to read it.
My only disappointment was that his stories about actual reality creation where saved for the last part of the book. Perhaps it is just me but the power of the suggestions of a book are based on how much you suspect the author is speaking from true knowledge and by true knowledge I mean actual skill at Reality Creation.
I do not mean people that have a perfect lifes but people that have managed to play with the principles and create actual change as opposed to good marketers that repeat sound bites with out giving the reader any sense of real skill.
For those readers that are interested I suggest the book: Ten Thousand Whispers. This is another author that speaks with experience and seems to have a very similar philosophy to the current author.

really great

This is the shortest of Dodson's books, and in some ways maybe the most profound. If you were only going to get one of Frederick Dodson's books, this is the one, though after you read it you'll want the others. I have all of Frederick Dodson's books. I don't get anything for saying this. In a nutshell, Dodson's books are about using quantum mechanics ideas, in a really fun way, in daily life, in simple language that is easy to understand. This book is a great example of this. I would really like to get to seminars, to learn more of this, but as I have a small child at home, it's not easy. So I have to read books. I don't know how I could encourage Fred to keep writing more books, other than what I'm doing right now, so please keep writing, ok? This book discusses quantum creation in a fascinating way. I find myself rereading it, regularly, and getting new stuff out of it each time. I really want to understand what he writes about. So I'm interested in what other books cover the same subject, so I can get other viewpoints. Ryu Takahashi's book on Quantum Healing is interesting. Martha Beck's book Finding your way in a Wild new World, and Penney Peirce's The Intuitive Way cover the same material, in a different way. The book Multidimensional Dowsing Questions is also useful, because it is questions designed to open up, and play with, the kind of quantum awareness one sees described in Dr. Kinslow's books. The book Dowsing and Manifesting describes Quantum Mechanics ideas in more detail, in the first half, in language where you don't need a graduate level math degree, if you want more. Dr. Richard Feynman's lectures on Quantum Mechanics is good, but you would need a lot of patience to read it. Eric Pearl's book is similar. Dr Richard Bartlett's books, and Melissa Joy Jonson's recent book also deal with this area, as well as Jaden Phoenix's book. Vadim Zeeland's books on Transurfing are also great. All of these books are far easier to read than the usual books on Quantum Mechanics, and are much more fun to play with. What other books have people found useful, in this area? I'm really interested. Thanks.
